My goal is to help you have healthy relationships. I help clients identify what they are feeling and what they need, and I help them learn safe ways to express these feelings and needs, while learning to listen to the feelings and needs of others.

If you're willing and ready for the possibility of change, contact me to make an appointment. I counsel women, couples, spouses and parents of addicts, and people living in recovery. I offer hourly sessions and day-long intensive sessions for clients who are visiting from out of town.
